The electoral commission of the University of Education, Winneba (UEW) Basic education department have organised a presidential and manifesto reading for the upcoming student election.
On every University campus, students are made to elect a leader of their choice every year to be representation between the student body and the management board of the University.
However, as time for the election of the new leaders approaches the electoral commission of the Basic education department have managed to organize a debate which sincerely will help the students know the policies of the aspirants and also the skills they have to manage the leadership role if given the mandate.
Also, the aspirants will present a manifesto highlighting what they’ll do during their term of office.
The program will commence at 2pm coming this Saturday,13th August at the lecture hall 4 at the North campus.
Students are therefore urged to attend this program so as to know the policies of the aspirants and also the skills they have in managing a leadership role
